Episode 60: Progressive Leadership Stage 1
In Episode 60, Lance refreshes the screen about leadership and reminds of us the basic five stages of leadership, what it means to be a leader at each stage, and how to grow as someone wanting influence with others. In this podcast, Lance identifies Stage 1, the Positional Stage.
Notes:
Lance’s passions:
- For people to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
- For people to live as powerful sons and daughters of God.
- For people to fulfill their purpose and calling as a community, with healthy relationships. I call that family.
- For people who want to lead to do so in a healthy and empowered way.
So, much of what I talk about in this podcast will be related to one of these four areas.
